-Daily symptom check before camp begins for staff and participants.
-Hand washing and/or sanitizer before camp, throughout day and before snack/lunch.
-Increased ventilation when possible.
-Cleaning and disinfection of supplies, highly touched surfaces and classroom throughout the day and prior to next class.
-Camps and safety requirements may evolve as the CDC and Health Department recommendations change based on the COVID situation.

Step into the wizarding world of Harry Potter. This magical week starts with a house sorting ceremony, then a bit of wandlore where students make their own wands. What will the core of your wand be? Unicorn Hair, Phoenix Feather, Dragon Heart String or perhaps hairs from a Veela? Throughout the week students will attend classes specific to Hogwarts and special events that are generally science based. For example, in Potions, students will learn some basic chemistry, as well as create their own edible potion. Other classes include Care of Magical Creatures, Ancient Runes, and Charms to name a few. Special events may include a search for the Sorcerer's Stone, a Magical Creature Quest, and other fun Harry Potter related games and challenges.
*Please note students will spend less time in the outdoors during this camp and it does not include the outdoor education component of the regular camps.

Geology Rocks! (No Availability)
Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Cost: $375 (includes transportation and Timpanogos cave fee)
Limit: 6 students For students entering 4th - 6th grade
What is the Earth made of? This week you will explore the Earth's layers, rocks and minerals, and local geology. You will collect and observe the three different rock types, as well as simulate how they are made. Pan for "gold" and learn how to test whether it is the real thing. Find out how the fossil record provides evidence for plate tectonics and how our Earth is changing, collect fossils from an ancient sea and make our own “fossils”. Most days will include hiking to collect rocks and fossils, as well as, a field trip to Timpanogos Cave. Students will come away from the camp with their own amazing rock collection! Campers should enjoy the outdoors and be able to hike up to 4 miles total on moderate terrain.
